How we work:
Step 1
Contact one of our lawyers and tell us about your situation. If necessary, the lawyer will recommend a consultation meeting for a closer review of your case.
Step 2
After presenting a plan to you on how we can proceed with your case, we will start the process after your approval. You will at the same time sign a Power of Attorney giving the lawyer the right to take legal actions on your behalf.
Step 3
We will initiate a dialogue with the counterpart with the aim of reaching a settlement without having to initiate a legal process at the court. If a settlement cannot be reached, we will act as your legal representative in front of the court.

In many cases where there is a legal dispute between two parties, it may be in the interest of both parties to try to reach a solution outside a court process. This is because a process in court can be lengthy and, in many cases, even costly. As a legal representative for our clients, our ambition is to always look at the possibilities of reaching an agreement to the legal dispute in a way that is quick and financially favorable for the person we represent. This means that we contact the other party and work actively to reach such a solution. If these measures are not sufficient, we are ready to initiate court proceedings where we protect the interests of our client in the best possible way.
Hamid is a really knowledgeable lawyer where it comes to the Swedish Migration Office and Court. He is caring and precise.
