TERMS OF H I Juristbyrå

These terms of use apply to purchases of H I Juristbyrå AB’s legal services made through www.hilaw.se by you as a client.

Therefore, we ask you to read the terms and conditions carefully before using the website. We at H I Juristbyrå would like to draw your attention to the fact that the terms of use can be changed and it is your responsibility to regularly check and read the terms of use.

1. You enter into an agreement with H I Juristbyrå.

1.1 In order to be able to enter into an agreement with H I Juristbyrå, you must read and accept our terms of use and approve our privacy policy.

1.2 You should not use the Website unless you intend to accept the Website Terms of Use.

1.3 An agreement for the purchase of our advisory and legal services is concluded between H I Juristbyrå and You when you choose one of the options on the website. You always receive an order confirmation on the order, which confirms that the purchase has been accepted.

1.4 The client’s order implies a desire (an offer) to enter into an agreement with H I Juristbyrå. The order must then be approved by H I Juristbyrå. Please note that confirmation that the order has been accepted does not mean that your order has been accepted by us.

1.5 You must be over 18 years of age to be able to enter into an agreement with us.

1.6 The purchase of the Law Firm’s services cannot be cancelled after completion of counselling meetings, but you can change your counselling time or choose another legal service. This means that after the payment of advice or a legal service, you cannot request to get your money back, if the service is completed. In order for a cancellation to be considered valid, you must have contacted us no later than 24 hours before the consultation time so that H I Juristbyrå can make that time available to another client. We will do our best to give you a new time.

1.7 To ensure the safety of our clients, H I Juristbyrå uses Net’s payment solution services, Klarna and PayPal. This means that we will not handle, store or be responsible for our clients’ payment and personal data.

1.8 H I Juristbyrå also cannot be held responsible for reviewing who makes a payment and pays when purchasing the law firm’s services. If you have lost your credit card, we advise you to immediately report the incident to the police.

2. Policy

2.1 Right of withdrawal.

2.2 You enter into an agreement with us because you are in need of legal advice. You enter into an agreement with us because you are in urgent need of legal advice. Counselling meetings with us can either take place on site, in one of our offices, or online.

As a client/customer, you are aware that the right of withdrawal does not apply after you have received advice from one of our lawyers. If you are dissatisfied with the counselling session, you are always welcome to contact the agency.

2.3 When cancelling the consultation time, you must have contacted us 24 hours before, in order to be entitled to change the consultation time. If for any reason you want to cancel an advisory meeting, this must be done no later than 24 hours before the scheduled meeting time. If there is no cancellation at all or not at the right time, you will be charged the cost of the meeting.

3. Privacy Policy

3.1 Every time you as a client choose to use the law firm’s website, you agree to the law firm’s privacy policy. Please note that the law firm’s privacy policy may change at any time without H I Juristbyrå needing to inform you. For that reason, it is important that you who are interested in purchasing our legal services read the privacy policy and other terms before each visit to the website, or purchase of our legal services.

3.2 We process your personal data and all other information that you submit to us in accordance with our privacy policy.

3.3 By Personal data we mean information about name, address, telephone number, account number and other such information you provide when you enter into an agreement with us.

3.4 We use the information to make it easier for the lawyer to be able to contact you if necessary or invoice you, etc.

3.5 Please note that we use cookies. Cookies are text files that are stored on the computer of the person who visits H I Juristbyrå’s website. If you do not want cookies to be stored for the website, you can turn off the function through your browser settings.

3.6 We save your documents, judgments, or decisions from various authorities for 1 year after completion of legal work or as long as you are registered as a client at H I Juristbyrå.

3.7 As your Law Firm, we guarantee you confidentiality and that all Information stored with us is not forwarded to a third party without your consent, unless otherwise required by law or other legal decision.
